The Alder Residence
The Alder Residence is located in TriBeCa. The objective was to create a luxury home for M. J. Alder. M. J. Alder is a creative director and has Multiple Sclerosis. Forming his residential space needs to accommodate for his needs at the moment and in the future.

Details in luxury design include detailed tile designs, beautiful fixtures and hardware.
Style: Modern & Contemporary
The luxurious design will contain modern and contemporary furniture and accessories. The space will involved bold, dark and rich colors.
Location: Tribeca
The Tribeca community has such a calm, and stunning environment. You can take peaceful strolls along the Hudson River. The streets will be filled with greenery and cast iron architecture.
